Yes, Angel Creations is family owned and operated. Jenna Baker makes all the Jewelry & other creations sold here. The rest of the family helps with everything else.

At Angel Creations, we strive to use the most skin safe materials. Silver, Gold, &/or hypoallergenic metals. We never use cheap materials. It started out because, I myself, Jenna Baker cannot wear metals with nickel in them or other cheap metals, and I wanted to be able to wear the things I made. :)

We use cubic zirconium gemstones.

Yes, we do make things to order. If you go to our contact page on our website, send me a message explaining in detail what you are looking for, and add some pictures (if you have them, not required). I will contact you to let you know if I can do it, and what else I might need.

Yes, actually I do all kinds of things. Personalized welcome sign, paintings, and so much more. Jewelry was just a way for me to get my foot in the door. If you want something "made to order" but do not see in on my website. Go to my contact page and send me a message with details of what it is you want. Add pictures if you have them. I will message you back letting you know if it is something I am able to do. I will add pictures of other alike things I have made before.

I normally ask for 10 business days from the time I accept your order to the time I place it in the mail. It also depends on the type of order. I will always give you a time frame once I accept the order.

If an item is broken or not what you ordered. We ask that you take a picture of the item as soon as possible. As long as it concedes with in our return policy, then we will refund the money or if you would like us to fix the item or replace the item with something of equal value. We can and will do both.

Great question! I am terrible at staying in contact with family and friends, but I have made it a habit to check my messages it least every other day. So, I would ask that you give me 3 to 5 business days to respond to you. That gives me time to find all the information I need to answer your question. I do appreciate your patience.
